RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in implementing and supporting the Business Excellence Programme.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze operational data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by supporting training and development activities.
- Monitor the progress of improvement initiatives and provide regular reports on key metrics.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in science or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Power BI and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a continuous improvement culture.
