BAKER
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake breads, rolls, pastries, desserts, etc.
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
- Maintain oven/mixer/proofer per safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Clean and organize workstations and equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 02 years of experience as a Baker.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Culinary diploma or certificate in baking/pastry arts preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to stand long periods and move heavy trays
ROOM ATTENDANT/ KITCHEN STEWARD
- Previous experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
CASHIER
Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and handle cash, credit and debit card transactions.
- Greet customers and answer any questions related to pricing, products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Basic computer skills.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience as a cashier will be an added advantage.
