HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Review and implement best practices to meet the immediate and future staffing requirements of the organisation
- Enhances the organisation’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organisation
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management
- At least 10-12 years of experience in an HR management role with thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build rapport, relate to and effectively develop a wide range of people
- Thorough understanding of labour laws and regulations in Sri Lanka
- Sound communication skills in English, both written and spoken, is a must
- Candidates residing in the vicinity of Athurugiriya and suburbs preferred
