We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate – Customer Experience and Parent Services. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for parents and guardians, serving as a key liaison between families and the institution.

ASSOCIATE - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND PARENT SERVICES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parent inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Provide accurate information regarding school policies, events, and services.
  • Resolve concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents.
  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and provide structured support services.
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred.
