We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager Sales - HoReCa to drive the HoReCa channel. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment while driving business growth and building lasting customer relationships.

MANAGER SALES – HoReCa

Key Responsibilities

  • Set annual and task-specific KPIs for the HoReCa sales team to drive performance and accountability.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the HoReCa sales team to achieve sales goals and profitability goals.
  • Align brand strategies with channel execution to maximize market penetration and enhance brand visibility across HoReCa outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key HoReCa clients.
  • Ensure full compliance with company sales and operational standards to maintain service excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s position within the HoReCa channel.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, taking corrective action to ensure targets are met.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent Professional Qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales management experience, preferably in HoReCa within a FMCG company at Manager or Assistant Manager level.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with demonstrated experience in managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with trade marketing and promotional activities.
  • Having alcoholic beverage knowledge and industry experience will be an added advantage.
