HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Fine Group is a leading and well-established trading company specializing in machinery, power tools, and spare parts. With a strong reputation built over years of trusted service and quality products, we are now expanding further and looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Maintain and update employee databases and HR files.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Support in organizing staff meetings, trainings, and internal events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility needs.

Qualifications:

  • Be male, Age 20-30
  • A Diploma or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in managing payroll systems will be considered an added advantage.
