HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

With a strong reputation built over years of trusted service and quality products, we are now expanding further and looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR files.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Support in organizing staff meetings, trainings, and internal events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility needs.
Qualifications:
- Be male, Age 20-30
- A Diploma or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in managing payroll systems will be considered an added advantage.
