Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are an ICTAD Registered Construction Company based in Colombo, & are looking for candidates to fill the following position.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Having Qualification in BSc / HND Quantity Surveying or Equivalent.
- Minimum Experience of 5-10 year similar role.
- Ability to Work under pressure with minimum Supervision.
- Develop cost plans to support project budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Prepare Bills Of Quantities (BOQs) for accurate project costing.
- Create cost estimates/Pre pre-tender estimate, BOQs & tender documents for construction & renovation projects.
- Attend client meetings & coordinate with client.
- Age below 40 Years.
