POST OF SALES MANAGER
We at Weerodara Stationery (Pvt) Ltd strive to produce and deliver the greatest value to our esteemed customers and employees, a fact that is being held true by the 77 years of existence and business success. In order to propel ourselves into a bright future we are currently looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to spearhead the sales division and thus provide valuable support for our future goals and ambitions.
Qualifications, Experience & Other Requirements
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in sales field
- BBA/BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Computer and online literacy and very good personal and leadership skills.
- Represent the company effectively by showcasing a deep knowledge of our products.
- Lead and manage island wide sales representatives and sales targets effectively.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
- Train and coach the sales team, monitor their performance.
- Willingness to related sales visit (at least 20% of the time)
