We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage reservations and ensure all bookings are accurately recorded.
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel's amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Knowledge of hotel booking systems (experience with Opera or similar is a plus).
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
