Opening for a Group Accountant
Who are we ....
We are a fast expanding Group of companies based at Colombo – 6 with multiple verticals ranging from Management Consultancy to Audit & Tax Advisory to Overseas Placements to Travel to BPO. Our owning company is, Innovant Management & Consultancy Services, a Riyadh based Sri Lankan firm with a worldwide reach. We are expanding aggressively and we are on the look out for dynamic professionals to partner our expansion & growth.
What are we looking for....
We are looking-out for a GROUP ACCOUNTANT reporting to the Board. This is a full-time Senior Management position and which entails high level of responsibility and ownership.
What are we looking for....
- A mature professionally qualified individual of around 50 years or below
- Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or CA Sri Lanka
- A Degree in Finance or Management or a MBA will be a distinct advantage
- 7-10 years of experience post completion, of which atleast 3-4 years should be in the Senior grade
- Fully computer literate and with hands-on exposure to accounting applications/systems
- Ability to handle, manage and lead a team of accounting/finance professionals
- Handle negotiations independently with external parties and secure the position of the group
- Handle all aspects of financial reporting and financial management in coordination with Board
- Willing to undertake short-term Business trips to the Group HQ in Riyadh or to any other overseas destination
