REQUIREMENTS

  • A professional or academic qualification in Law or Company Secretarial practices.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate environment. Experience in Company Secretarial or legal documentation is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
