SHOWROOM SALES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the product range, features and benefits.
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean and organized at all times.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders and handle payment transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using internal systems.
- Assist with stock checks, displays and promotional setups.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet overall showroom goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or showroom sales is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
