Project Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the process of engineering projects from initiation and completion.
- Site coordination and team Supervision: Assist in supervising engineering teams and support to ensure project goals are met.
- Quality Control: Involve overseeing the implementation of quality assurance practices throughout a project ensuring that deliverables meet established standards and specifications.
- Knowledge in furniture: Broad understanding of future design, materials, manufacturing process, and project management principles.
- Reporting to management: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements.
- Floor marking and taking measurements: Ensuring accurate measurements and markings are made to ensure the project meets the requirements and plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 03 years of experience with a NCT Civil Engineering or minimum of 01 year experience with a degree or diploma in Engineering.
- Basic proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Sinhala. Tamil language will be an added advantage.
