WE NEED A
TICKETING EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to customer and sub-agent inquiries.
- Use your own previous experience, destination knowledge to establish the client’s requirements with accuracy of ticketing operation.
- Expert in any one GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo).
- Internal and external communication with airlines and the other authorities.
- Reporting and record keeping.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant qualification to the field.
- Fluency in ENGLISH Language must.
- Excellent destination knowledge.
- At least with 2 years of experience.
An attractive remuneration package will be provided. Negotiable upon the qualification & experience.
