Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit new members and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with current and prospective members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, support, and engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to align membership strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Organize and promote membership events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new ways to deliver value to members.
- Generate regular reports on membership activities, growth trends, and engagement analytics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in membership management, public relations, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in engaging with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and creative approach to building engagement.
- A passion for developing industry networks and communities.
Desirable Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Professional certifications or training in PR, communications, or membership development.
