SENIOR BANKING ASSISTANT (CARD CENTRE DEPARTMENT: MERCHANT ACQUIRING OPERATIONS)
You should ideally:
- possess minimum 4 years of relevant experience in banking/financial institution
- possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Management or relevant qualification would be an added advantage
- Possess previous working experience/sound knowledge in Merchant Acquiring Business/Operations, E-Commerce and IPG sector would be an added advantage
- have proficiency in financial systems and databases
- possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- have excellent communication and customer service skills
- have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
You will be mainly responsible for:
- ensuring accuracy in merchant creation and efficient management of related documentation
- managing merchant relationships by adhering to SLAs and established standards
- managing special projects and customer- and merchant-centric initiatives of the bank, with a focus on process optimization and service enhancement
- managing vendor relationships in alignment with SLAs and established standards to ensure consistent performance and compliance
- overseeing audit, compliance, and operational risk activities to ensure regulatory adherence, process integrity, and risk mitigation across operations
