RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SKU Catalog Management: Set up and maintain accurate product listings for all merchants.
- Merchant Account Activations: Support smooth and timely onboarding of new merchant accounts.
- Accessory Management: Distribute, track, and restock merchant accessories as needed.
- Device Management: Issue and collect devices based on operational needs.
- Device Training: Train account managers and merchants on proper device usage for best performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Previous experience in merchant operations, e-commerce, or food tech is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
