FULL STACK ARCHITECT (COLOMBO 01)
FOR OUR CLIENT!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own the architecture for complex web applications using modern JavaScript technologies
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and technical best practices across front-end and back-end development
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams; conduct code reviews and architectural reviews
- Design component-based front-end architecture using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6)
- Guide implementation of responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces
- Optimize front-end application performance and lead UI/UX enhancements
- Back-End Architecture (Node.js): Architect robust server-side solutions using Node.js and associated frameworks (Express.js, Koa.js)
- Design and govern RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of server-side components
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 10+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 3-5 years in a technical architect or lead role
- Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks)
- Solid experience designing scalable back-end architectures and microservices
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and deployment strategies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of security best practices in web application development
