Minimum qualification
- Sanitation engineer / Environmental Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering or related field
- Senior Architect: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from an Accredited Institution
- Landscape Architect: Bachelors in Architecture or Related Field
Experience / Other requirements
- Sanitation engineer / Environmental Engineer:
- Minimum 5 years of design experience with broad understanding of all MEP disciplines and strong teamwork skills.
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Experience in utility infrastructure system design and installation.
- Proficient in REVT, AutoCAD, WaterGEMS (or equivalent) and other relevant MEP software.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Senior Architect:
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of architectural experience.
- Proven experience leading complex design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types and scales.
- Experience with construction documentation and detailing.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present and articulate design concepts to clients and teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Landscape Architect:
- Must have minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Must have worked in a 5-star hotel/resort project.
- Must be familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and other relevant softwares.
