Our client, a prominent national organization in the knowledge and innovation industry, is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Programme Managers to lead and support high-impact initiatives and forums. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage special interest groups (forums), coordinating with the Board and General Council.
- Plan and facilitate regular meetings, events, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Handle logistics, third-party coordination, and stakeholder engagement for programs and events.
- Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
- Monitor budgets, track progress, and report project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure that forum outcomes align with the organization's broader strategic goals.
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong engagement across industry forums to foster collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a program or project management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- PMP or similar project management certification (an added advantage).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong planning/organizational skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with senior professionals and cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for building professional communities and enabling industry growth.
