Our client, a prominent national organization in the knowledge and innovation industry, is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Programme Managers to lead and support high-impact initiatives and forums. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage special interest groups (forums), coordinating with the Board and General Council.
  • Plan and facilitate regular meetings, events, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Handle logistics, third-party coordination, and stakeholder engagement for programs and events.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor budgets, track progress, and report project status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that forum outcomes align with the organization's broader strategic goals.
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong engagement across industry forums to foster collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a program or project management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • PMP or similar project management certification (an added advantage).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong planning/organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working with senior professionals and cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for building professional communities and enabling industry growth.
