ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER / BRAND EXECUTIVE
Singhagiri (Pvt) Limited first introduced Samsung to Sri Lanka in 1983, and has been a pioneer in the consumer durables industry ever since. Singhagiri has managed to grow its product portfolio immensely, and as of now has managed to acquire the partnership of many world-class brands like Samsung, Hisense, Panasonic, Candy, HP, Lenovo, Oppo, Vivo, Motorola and Havells. Singhagiri has also succeeded in building their own product brand, under the name SGL.
This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to ensure product category growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Management or relevant field from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification (CIM/SLIM).
- At least 1-2 years experience in marketing / sales.
- Experience in digital / ATL / BTL marketing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala. Tamil (tri-lingual) is an added advantage.
- Should possess strong interpersonal skills and have an analytical mindset.
- Should be result-oriented and have the ability to bring new innovative ideas into the business.
