A subsidiary of the Access Group, specializes in property development across Sri Lanka—offering residential plots, luxury apartments, and commercial spaces with a focus on quality and value. The company is currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct property viewings and prepare sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and finalize property sales transactions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Work Locations:

  • Colombo and Suburbs (site visits and client coordination will be required)

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven sales experience (Real Estate experience will be an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems).
