INTERN

EXAMINATIONS

Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka (Inc.), the leader in Human Resource Management, which is fast expanding to meet the current and emerging demands of the HR Profession, requires a self-motivated, results-oriented candidate to fill the vacancy of Intern – Examinations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the preparation of mark sheets, and student eligibility checklists.
  • Assist in uploading assessments and results to the LMS/ ERP.
  • Help compile and update databases and maintain assessment documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating examination logistics, such as organizing examiner files, checking payment statuses, and verifying attendance records.
  • Contribute to the preparation of examiner payment sheets and assist with submission to the Finance Division.
  • Provide administrative support during special assessments and graduation list preparation.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with institutional standards and examination policies.
  • Support the Examinations Department in filing, organizing records, and performing other assigned tasks related to examination operations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Diploma from a recognized university or any other relevant professional qualification.
  • Proficiency in IT with strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Good command of both English and Sinhala (spoken & written).

Remuneration for the above position is negotiated and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
