Sales Manager - JMC
Qualifications:
- Full or partial qualification in CIM/SLIM.
- Degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing/Administration from a recognized institution, or relevant work-related courses of local or international acclaim would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 03-04 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Develop sales plans and activities to achieve the set objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
