ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE

Main Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Overall responsibility for the treasury operations, liquidity management and working capital optimization function of the company.
  • Prepare, analyze, and deliver timely management reports.
  • Responsible for the Accounts Payable process.
  • Close coordination with all regulatory bodies, including BOI, SLPA, Sri Lanka Customs, SLAASMB, CA Sri Lanka etc.
  • Responsibility for statutory and financial compliance.

Candidate Profile

  • Full professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACMA or ACCA).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (a master's degree will be an added advantage).
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance or the audit field.
  • Sound technical knowledge in financial accounting.
  • A good understanding of ERP systems, especially Oracle Finance.
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
