Executive / Senior Executive Internal Audit
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Audit Executive to join our audit team. This role will primarily focus on auditing our manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate should have experience in the garment manufacturing industry and demonstrate strong auditing, analytical, and communication skills.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the garment manufacturing sector.
- Sound understanding of production processes, inventory control, quality assurance, and compliance procedures in garment or soft toy manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in internal audit practices, including process reviews and operational risk identification.
- Ability to audit factory operations, payroll, compliance, stock movement, and overall plant efficiency.
- Willingness to travel regularly to factory sites and work independently in field environments.
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work extended hours when required, particularly during audit cycles and plant visits.
Qualifications:
- Part qualification in a professional body such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or AAT or
- Academic qualification in garment manufacturing or related disciplines.
- Additional training in auditing or garment sector operations will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and experience with ERP systems.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and engage with factory staff and senior management.
- Strong report writing and presentation abilities are essential.
