Sales Manager - Insurance
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the insurance or financial sector to lead our sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents and business development officers to achieve sales targets for life, health, property, and general insurance products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and expand the customer base.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimise sales strategies.
- Establish clear sales targets and track performance indicators.
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Assist in resolving client issues or escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all team activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognised institution.
- Five years of professional experience in sales within the insurance or finance sector.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
