Sales Manager - Insurance

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the insurance or financial sector to lead our sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents and business development officers to achieve sales targets for life, health, property, and general insurance products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and expand the customer base.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimise sales strategies.
  • Establish clear sales targets and track performance indicators.
  • Establish and sustain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Assist in resolving client issues or escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all team activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognised institution.
  • Five years of professional experience in sales within the insurance or finance sector.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
