ASSISTANT MANAGER – OUTBOUND
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage airline ticketing reservation & VISA handling.
- Advice clients on travel destinations, VISA, and travel itinerary planning.
- Facilitate the team to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to deliver results timely and efficiently.
- Stay updated on airline policies and travel trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in airline ticketing reservations.
- A degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in GDS systems will be an added advantage.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
