Head of Finance
Jaindi Export (Pvt) Ltd is a well reputed, large scale coconut kernel based food and beverages manufacturers and exporters incorporated in 2003 at Mawathagama, Dankotuwa. Due to rapid growth and expansion of the Company, we are seeking an energetic professional to join our company.
Responsibility:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Manage cash flow, investments, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
- Analyze key financial data and advising senior management on strategic planning
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
- Coordinate audits and liaise with banks & regulatory bodies
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and reporting requirements
- Ensuring all sensitive and confidential company information is kept highly secure
- Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Member of CASL/CIMA/CMA/ACCA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role (FMCG experience preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of taxation and statutory requirements
- Ability to work individually to meet deadlines promptly and with great accuracy
- Preferred candidates who are living close by Negambo/Pannala/Dankotuwa/Chilaw area
