JOB ROLE
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Manage import and export documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Require at least 2-3 years experience in Freight forwarding.
- Strong communication skills (both spoken and written English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
