WE ARE LOOKING FOR

EXECUTIVE – SALES (Galle & Chilaw Areas)

We are on the lookout for dynamic and energetic individuals to join the amanté Sales team as Executive – Sales. The ideal candidates will gain a wholesome experience in Sales and be provided an opportunity to learn from a highly competent and efficient team where peers and senior leaders will help develop your skills and competencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue by securing new business and strengthening existing client relationships for long-term growth.
  • Identify new customers and market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular market visits to improve product availability and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Implement promotional activities and collaborate with Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to enhance brand visibility and execution.
  • Monitor outlet-wise sales performance, manage inventory and ensure timely product replenishment.
  • Achieve sales and collection targets while ensuring timely recovery of payments within agreed credit periods.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market insights to support strategic planning and pricing decisions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyze market trends to support decision-making and product positioning.
  • Uphold the company’s brand image and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma / or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in sales, with a strong track record in achieving targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet work demands.
