This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned organization known for our high-calibre experience in the region's build environment.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor- Civil & MEP to join our talented team in Kadawatha, Sri Lanka. you will support the measurement of construction works both civil and MEP disciplines in the pre-contract stage. The QS ensures accuracy and consistency of all cost documents while coordinating across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for civil and MEP elements from IFC or tender drawings.
  • Preparation and reviewing of bills of quantities and cost plans.
  • Analyse project specifications and drawings.
  • Maintain accurate records of measurements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Support the resolution of measurement-related issues during the project.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in measurement quantity surveying with a focus on foreign (Middle East) projects.
  • Hands-on experience with CostX, AutoCAD, and Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultural environments.
  • Strong multi-discipline understanding and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to understand and interpret MEP & civil design drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, particularly with international teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
