ROLE PROFILE

  • Support brand strategy by working with the Brand Manager on positioning, messaging, and staying updated on market trends and consumer insights.
  • Conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research to inform brand strategies and marketing decisions.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that reflect brand identity across various channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs, generate reports, and apply insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Create marketing content, including promotional materials, visuals, and social media posts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain brand consistency and meet project goals.
  • Assist in managing the brand budget, track expenses, and support forecasting and cost-efficiency efforts.
  • Coordinate promotional events and engage with consumers and internal teams to build brand advocacy and loyalty.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector or food processing industry.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy) are advantageous.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
