TECHNICAL OFFICER
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site waterproofing and construction-related activities.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to applicator teams.
- Monitor project timelines and support timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or NVQ Level 5 or above in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site management practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the country.
