The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously and being open to travel for site visits and meetings. It requires thorough analysis of BOQs, drawings, and specifications, and close coordination with site staff to plan material schedules and place orders promptly to mitigate price risks. Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate should possess a BSc (Eng) in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the construction industry. They must have strong expertise in steel buildings and warehouse construction, as well as hands-on experience with RCC structures and finishing work. Proficiency in operating survey equipment and familiarity with software such as MS Project and AutoCAD is essential. The candidate should be capable of detailing construction activities and have a fair understanding of MEP works to ensure comprehensive project execution.
