CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT
Job Role:
- Coordination between Client and Subcontractors for early completion of project works.
- To manage & implement all the aspects of Civil superintendent activities.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and other members of the project team.
- Manage site defect rectification activities to achieve key milestones.
- Supervise Subcontractor’s activities to manage quality of the work.
- Capacity to arrange subcontractors/manpower upon requirement.
Profile:
- NDT, HND, NCT in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Civil Superintendent in similar capacity.
- Experience in Drafting and reviewing as-built drawings.
