SALES LEAD, BUSINESS TO BUSINESS

Position Summary:

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Lead will be to lead the sales team, identify new business opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role also involves generating sales leads, analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities, negotiating sales, and conducting sales pitches and presentations. The Sales Lead is expected to meet weekly and monthly sales targets, maintain accurate sales records, and provide regular reports to the management.

Requirements:

  • Preferably candidates with an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Sales, B2B, or a similar field.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possesses a creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to carry out duties with minimal supervision.
