We are a highly ethically and socially responsible clothing manufacturer & supplier providing customer specific service, covering trends, market intelligence, design & development, sourcing and manufacturing, leading in quality, speed and value.
Position Overview
As the COO, you will be a key driver of our operational success, responsible for overseeing daily apparel manufacturing operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring our company remains at the cutting edge of efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and leadership team to develop and implement organizational strategies.
- Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless functionality across departments.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes, systems, and workflows.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to meet company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a COO, Senior Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong expertise in operational management and manufacturing, financial planning, and strategic development.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, solve complex problems, and deliver results.
