Administration Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee general admin tasks, including facility maintenance and security.
  • Manage renewal of facility certifications to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain stationery inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Organize and file important company documents.
  • Handle procurement, including supplier evaluations and purchases.
  • Coordinate invoice processing and payment accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly utility and operations reports.
  • Organize in-house events, team-building, and training sessions.
  • Drive process improvements for better admin efficiency.
  • Support management with presentations and special projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full or partial qualification in Business administration would be desirable.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working with an ERP system.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
