About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Head of Design to lead our design team. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovative design concepts, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding visual communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to create innovative and high-quality work.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee branding, product design, and marketing visuals to maintain consistency and elevate brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to enhance brand positioning.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior design leadership role with more than 10 years of experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and creative direction.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
