About the Role
We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about embarking on a rewarding career path in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for IT products and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Create and implement strategic plans to reach sales goals and expand market search.
- Deliver on and exceed established sales goals.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing events.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular performance reports.
- Learn the company’s IT product portfolio and provide technical and commercial inputs during client interactions.
- Develop strong product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies and market developments.
Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Marketing, IT or Business Management from a recognized university or institute.
- Age Requirement: Applicants should be below 25 years of age.
- Results Orientation: Demonstrated perseverance towards achieving results.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Sinhala and English.
- Analytical Abilities: Capacity to analyze data, forecast market trends, and identify challenges in the market.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and act proactively in problem-solving situations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office package, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel skills.
