ASSISTANT SHOWROOM MANAGER
LOCATION - RATNAPURA

As part of our ongoing business growth and expansion strategy, we are proud to serve as an authorized dealer of BYD and are looking for dynamic and experienced individuals to join our Rathnapura showroom for the following vacancies.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the sales strategies to maximize the sales targets and market-share targets.
- Oversee all daily showroom operations.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to the showroom sales team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports as per Management requirement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt showroom strategy.
- Collaborate across marketing, finance, and service departments to provide excellent brand experience.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office packages.
- Age below 35 years.
- Candidates from Rathnapura area and willing to join immediate basis is preferred.
