GUEST RELATIONS
WORKING TIMES: 2PM TO 9PM
LOCATION: THE BEACH PARK, PORT CITY, COLOMBO
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in English
- Female candidates are preferred
- A friendly and professional demeanor with great communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle reservations through phone and WhatsApp for The Beach Park
- Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring smooth communication and high quality service
- Manage and coordinate reservations for beachside events
- Assist in planning, organising and overseeing events from start to finish
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt responses and personalised service
