Manager
Digital Transformation
We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Digital Transformation to lead and implement strategic digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and support organizational growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation roadmap.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations.
- Lead change management and promote a culture of digital adoption.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
- Evaluate new technologies and manage external tech partnerships.
- Monitor digital KPIs and ensure data governance and compliance.
- Build internal capabilities through training on digital tools and systems.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in IT, Business, or related field; a Master’s or professional certification is an advantage.
- 6+ years of experience in digital transformation or tech-enabled change initiatives.
- Proven project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, automation tools, and digital platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Prior experience in the Sri Lankan or regional corporate environment preferred.
