ASSISTANT MANAGER NATIONAL DEALER SALES
Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC is a well-known Sri Lankan company specializing in producing & marketing high-quality porcelain tableware. We employ skilled artisans who create a diverse range of porcelain products, such as dinner sets, tea sets, mugs, vases, and decorative items.
We invite a dynamic sales professional to join Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC as the Assistant Manager National Dealer Sales.
The Role
Assistant Manager National Dealer Sales will lead the regional dealer sales teams of Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC, driving sales growth, managing key dealer relationships, and ensuring the effective distribution of products across the country and timely recoveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the national dealer network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers to foster partnerships and drive sales performance.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide recommendations to improve sales strategies.
- Assist in market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities within the dealer network.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional activities and events to drive sales within the dealer network.
- Ensure optimal stock levels at dealer locations and coordinate with the supply chain to meet sales demand.
- Train and supervise dealer sales staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; professional qualification in marketing is advantageous.
- Over 5 years of experience in dealer sales preferably in a lifestyle-related industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer network effectively.
