We now wish to recruit a high calibre individuals to join Sri Lanka's leading international brand for the following position.
Product Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated Product Development Executive to support the end-to-end process of launching new products. This role involves close coordination with Production, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate item creation and product coding with Operations.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering to assess product performance and update BOMs.
- Organize machine trials and handover of packing materials and gather feedback.
- Conduct packing and load tests to ensure quality and suitability.
- Liaise with suppliers for relevant product development activities.
- Support Marketing and Design teams with sample requirements.
- Assist in sample preparation for commercial use.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong coordination, decision-making, and time management skills.
- Team-oriented with a focus on quality and results.
