Compliance and Sustainability Executive
Location - Colombo 10
We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update global compliance and sustainability platforms (SLCP Gateway, Higg Index, BSI SCAN, UL Portal, Goodera, etc.).
- Coordinate with auditing firms and internal stakeholders for Social, Sustainability, CTPAT, and Safety Audits.
- Support CAPA management and compliance processes in coordination with plant-level HR & Compliance teams.
- Conduct, implement, and monitor progress of training programs (PACE, SST, WCP, GBV, etc.).
- Provide technical guidance to Master Trainers and coordinate TOT & refresher sessions.
- Prepare compliance reports, SOPs, and policies to meet international and local standards.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all system updates and documentation.
- Assist in recruitment drives, CSR initiatives, and other HR-related programs.
Individual Profile
- Degree or diploma in HRM, Sustainability, or related field.
- Age below 30 years.
- Having experience in the PACE program would be added advantageous.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in apparel/garment sector.
- Sound knowledge of global compliance platforms and audit coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in report writing and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
