We are currently looking for a proactive and skilled professional for the following role:
Join Our Team – Assistant Store Keeper
Location: Bopitiya
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and record GRNs (Goods Received Notes) for all incoming materials
- Issue materials accurately to production and other departments as per requests
- Maintain proper stock records using manual and system-based methods
- Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock balances at all times
- Coordinate regular stock counts, monthly reconciliations, and audits
- Ensure safe, organized storage of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain all documentation related to stock transactions in an orderly manner
- Work closely with procurement, production, and accounts teams for smooth material flow
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the store function
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a store/inventory role, preferably in manufacturing
- Familiarity with GRN processes, stock handling, and inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organized work style
- Ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate with multiple departments
- Qualification in Store Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.
