We are seeking an individual to develop and manage Mid-Corp new business portfolio by acquiring new risks across all lines of Allianz mid-corporate business.
What you do
- Develop and manage a sustainably growing profitable the Mid-Corp portfolio.
- Identify and acquire new risks across all lines of mid-corporate business.
- Collaborate with clients and underwriters to design competitive and innovative expert solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Monitor portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to align portfolio growth with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market corporate clients.
What you bring
- A degree / professional qualification in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales / portfolio management / insurance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the mid-corporate insurance market and non-motor insurance products will be an added advantage.
- A growth mindset with a passion for growing the Mid-Corp business.
